This prevents all apps from working. I think that in Windows the icon to UBSPay sets the current working directory to c:\Program Files\UBS e-banking\UBSPay. But the problem got worse in the later version. Now the game is totally unplayable. In version 0.9.27 the mouse wouldn't respond smoothly and it felt like it got stuck in all the hexes on the movement grid. You could play by compensating with keyboard scrolling so that you wouldn't go mad. But in in 0.9.28 the mouse stops responding for 1-2 sec, then it moves to another spot, and then stops for 1-2 sec etc. It's ALOT worse. But as was it explained in this report, the problem only happens when you move around in-game. Not when you use your mouse over the interface or navigate in the menus. When you do that the mouse is 100% smooth.
