I bet you can't even run notepad. (Try 'wine notepad' and see if it works). It is certainly the case that the SYSTEM_FIXED_FONT, ANSI_FIXED_FONT and OEM_FIXED_FONT stock fonts are incorrectly proportional-spaced in Wine 0.9.12, as my testcase demonstrates.
