(see appdb entry for more info.) This application is based on Windows Media Player. The installer runns correctly, but once you run SlingPlayer.exe it will connect to the SlingBox device as it does under Windows. However, if you attempt to stream any video content from the device it provides a error via msgbox "Unable to start streaming because not all components are registered properly. Please reinstall the product." Using +all spews out more information than anyone would probably ever care to see for about 30 - 40 minutes before outputting the messages in my last comment and then repeating.
