The result was the same: 0.9.20, 0.9.10, 0.9.9 - same crash. I agree, coincedently i tested GeoShell a few days ago. Works really quite nicely. While running you have a taskbar+menu's, a clock, just like in windows. See http://www.geoshell.com/. Currently it's only place for running applications.
