In Program Files/Ubisoft/Crytek/Far Cry/system.cfg, 'r_Driver = "Direct3D9"' changed to 'r_Driver = "OpenGL"'. No much to say except see attached screenshot. Ignore the weird colour rectangles, not sure why it came out like that in the screenshot, but it looks fine in-game. It is the weirdness on the arms that you're looking at. A similar effect is seen on enemy characters.
