I terminated the program and ran ymsgr8us.exe. Maybe the check should be if ((rect.right - rect.left) >= screen_width && (rect.bottom - rect.top) >= screen_height) instead of if ((rect.right - rect.left) == screen_width && (rect.bottom - rect.top) == screen_height) ?
