Has anything been done in Wine about this?, it's extra fine now =D. That may be problematic to approach because we don't know how those four methods are each supported (like pdf). While they could all be caused by the same problem, I recommend you focus on just one. Since you are already talking about pdf you should stick with that for this bug.
