And most distros disabled/removed it from default Xorg configuration. DGA also required additional access to memory and other resources that considered a bad thing now. So even if you enable it in xorg it won't run in most setups. When user is hovering the mouse cursor over the scrollbar, it should change to an arrow, instead the "edit" type cursor stays on. It's a minor issue, but should be reported.
