Despite of this, the programs themselves work well. Tools like wineprefixcreate or wineboot show the same behaviour. I made sure "Allow desktop manager to manage applications" was checked. It was, but obviously doesn't work. Which makes that as soon as the window is reduced, you can't get it back on screen although it is still running. And since this program is used to create scripts, it can be very pissing if you had not saved before reducing... The only hack around I found yet was to emulate a virtual desktop in winecfg but then other apps I launch must run in that virtual desktop :S . Moreover, this bug obviously is a regression since it was working in 0.9.3x . Thank you for your attention.
