So, issue is that LOTS of effects in EVE Online cause major glitches. You even don't need account to check it. Screenshots of login screen attached. It sounds as if the audio gets looped onto itself making the first word or so unintelligible. NOTE: This only happens when using licensed voices, the unlicensed ones read the text without a problem. Works fine if disabling this extension in directx.c.
