The problem is that documentation for CATIA V5R19 on CD doesn't want to install. The start and end points of the arc are in the wrong places. I think it is related to the bug in gdi32 that I fixed some time ago (bug ID 7421) because it looks just like that problem, only except it effects printing instead of the screen. Presumably some icon or other isn't loading properly.
