Some settings are not selectable cause of missing shader 3.0. See the screenshot for details. I am using Ubuntu x64 10.04 and tried it with wine 1.2.1 and 1.3.4. Game runs with opengl and a NVIDIA 9600 GT (Ubuntu 10.04 nv driver).
