Error messages (freely translated from Norwegian) is as folloed: Your program WoW.exe had a serious problem and has to be terminated, we apologize for this incident. -- Then wine suggests: This may be caused by a problem in your program or an error in wine. You may visit http://appdb.winehq.org for advice on how to solve this problem/run this program. You can report this error on http://bugs.winehq.org if the problem dont accure in windows (I dont run windows so i have no chance of knowing this, but i doubt its a problem in windows. Other applications work fine with this setting, for example Foobar2000. More details: When only "OSS Driver" is checked in winecfg -> Audio, I press "Test Sound" and I hear a sound; and sound in Prince of Persia Warrior Within also works. I would like to use Alsa (backed up by PulseAudio) because when I check only "OSS Driver" I hear pops and clicks when the game starts, and it takes a few extra seconds..
