On Windows there is MS Gothic which is duplicated as MS PGothic and MS UI Gothic. The later have the Latin range proportional, the first one has the Latin range fixed width but I suspect these are really the same font with different spacing. There is also MS Mincho (and MS PMincho with proportional Latin). When you play in windowed mode (or with dual-screen) it is really annoying (and causing eyestrain) when the gamma value is too high.
