It's in preferences and pointed by red arrow. Notice that blue arrow shows that other one is fixed in current git (wine-1.2-rc1-142-ga72f3f3), so maybe we can't have them all transparent. Maybe this could be marked as regression, but doing a regression test when there is everyday change would not be useful (speculation: failing commit showing non-existing code or code heavily changed??).
