They reside in a folder called anims. Now if this folder is renamed/deleted then the game loads fine, and you can play as normal. This animations are only used around the main menu and pre-mission screen. Attached is the +all log of trying to load the game with the anim folder present. Screenshots may help to imagine it better. Bug is reproducible with Micro-Cap 7.1.0.0. Unfortunately there are no more legal ways to obtain demo version of 7th release so I've tested it a bit in my university. Demo of the latest version is only available but I can't reproduce the bug with MC9. Screenshots description: 1. Micro-Cap is running on wine. There're no DLL overrides here. 2. Micro-Cap is running on wine. There's override of comctl32.dll. 3. You can see the problem in the screen. The bug can touch differents objects, like books, weapons, table etc.... When i'm walk in the city, there isn't this problem. Like you see in the output log, i have this error : err:d3d_surface:surface_load_location Don't know how to handle location 0x200000. I don't know if the problem can from it. AC : Révélations require only Directx9, these librairies were installed by the game during her installation.
