[Bug 31395] New: Steam show no text at all, as of wine 1.5.10
by wine-bugs＠winehq.org Aug. 14, 2012

Aug. 14, 2012

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31395 Bug #: 31395 Summary: Steam show no text at all, as of wine 1.5.10 Product: Wine Version: 1.5.10 Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: michael(a)araneidae.co.uk Classification: Unclassified After an upgrade of wine to 1.5.10 the steam browser now fails to show any text at all, and produces storms of error messages. Makes launching games tricky... though surprisingly enough, not impossible. I've attached the wine output from starting and then exiting steam. A *lot* of messages, most of them are new. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

[Bug 1719] MDI child window minimize problem in Delphi VCL applications
by wine-bugs＠winehq.org Aug. 13, 2012

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1719 Daniel Jelinski <djelinski1(a)gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |djelinski1(a)gmail.com --- Comment #27 from Daniel Jelinski <djelinski1(a)gmail.com> 2012-08-13 16:39:49 CDT --- Still in 1.5.10. Also affects Delphi 7 itself when minimizing forms or code windows. In virtual desktop mode they are minimized to large icons as per comment 14. In standard mode they disappear completely. Interestingly, the windows reappear when I switch to another KDE desktop and back. However, their content is not repainted and I can see the background through them. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

In Wine the object inspector window can't be accessed behind that tooltip. In Windows clicking the tooltip focuses the field behind it. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=625 lisfolks.dev(a)gmail.com changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |lisfolks.dev(a)gmail.com --- Comment #21 from lisfolks.dev(a)gmail.com 2012-08-12 22:02:28 CDT --- (In reply to comment #20) > No update for a year. Is this still relevant in 1.5.4 ? Still got it in 1.4.1, using Lotus Organizer 6 retail (org6.exe). Without the 'start', it lists several missing DLLs (all present in ~/.wine/drive_c/lotus/org6/compnent). With the 'start', it works fine. (On Mac OS X 10.7.4, using MacPorts wine @1.4.1 (x11). Haven't tried wine-devel @1.5.10 (x11).) -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
