[Bug 4405] combo box text not selected when getting the focus
by wine-bugs＠winehq.org June 3, 2013

June 3, 2013

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4405 Fabian Ebner <f.ebner94(a)gmail.com> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |f.ebner94(a)gmail.com --- Comment #11 from Fabian Ebner <f.ebner94(a)gmail.com> 2013-06-03 13:46:27 CDT --- Nikolay's patch *without* the third change, i.e.: -SendMessageW(lphc->hWndEdit, EM_SETSEL, 0, (LPARAM)(-1)); +SetFocus( lphc->hWndEdit ); fixes the problem and doesn't generate an error in the tests. This change is probably wrong, because text getting selected on gathering focus doesn't mean that focus is gathered when selecting text. Nikolay, could you please resend the patch without the third change? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3542 --- Comment #55 from Luis Alvarado <luisalvaradox(a)gmail.com> 2013-06-02 20:26:54 CDT --- With 1.5.31 it crashes when loading. I can only see the the first logo image, then crashes. Using the game without any wine patches, only the normal one. Ubuntu 13.04 64 Bit. I even tried patching the game with the update, same problem. I changed the configuration file from Program Files/KEEPER95 to c:/KEEPE95. same thing.
