I had to use gdi+ from winetricks to get rid of the drawing errors. The problem it has is that some dialogues show GUI elements on incorrect locations, or have the wrong size and overlap with one another. I also encountered this situation when trying to run Eve using PlayOnLinux using Wine 1.5.10 I also filed a bug with Crossover.
