Then I doubleclicked on the laucher, and it crashed. you will find the crash report in attachment. thank you for your good work. If a key (e.g. the "a" key) was being pressed before this block, then after the block, if you press any other keys, the "a" key will start repeating itself. And it seems the more you press, the more the "a" key will repeat itself. The only way to "fix" this is to restart the game/wine. So i should like to use opencl when using mql4/5 terminal. The opencl's nvidia drivers and icd libs are installed; but the mql terminal log still say: "opencl not found, please check you have installed it." There is a checkmark. When pressing the checkmark the program is terminated. The log shows many calls of ntoskrnl:IoGetCurrentProcess() which are followed by a start of the debugger. Probably because IoGetCurrentProcess is a stub. The application database states that The Sims 3 is gold or platin. This is imho a little overstated. Uname -a writes: Linux penguin 3.2.0-30-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP Fri Aug 24 16:54:40 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux wine --version writes: wine-1.4 The graphics card is an AMD HD4850 and I use the open source radeon driver with KMS. There's a free trial at http://www.scholastic.com/kids/downloads2go/productDetail.asp?productid=5&s… The bug happens with both. It's a 256 color game. It installs, but gives just a black screen on startup. Pressing ESC terminates (and in the demo version, takes you to a web page where you can buy the game). On first run of the cd version, one sees err:wineboot:pendingRename couldn't get file attributes (2) Then err:ole:CoGetClassObject no class object {e78f7620-96cb-11cf-a00b-444553540000} could be created for context 0x1 is seen on all runs.
