The installer runs fine, whitout any kind of problems. Reason for the bug entry: On Windows XP it works without the bypassing. Starting the game with wine FleetOps.exe quits wine very quickly. However, the GUI is not drawn completely. Parts of the background behind the window can still be seen (see attached screenshot). Minimizing and later maximizing the window makes the problem worse. With native gdiplus everything works fine.
