This happens in the log in screen and in the game (from time to time). Setting ORM=backbuffer fixes this issue. Interface {00000126-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} seems to be IRunnableObject. I fixed up a quick patch with completely stubbed functions for this that gets the game running further.
