Message is "The program QTEngineProcess.exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience". I use Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa 64-bit and I have wine 1.9.1 from your site. Winecfg is set to Windows 10, d3d11.dll is disabled and I followed the tips on this page: https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=25823 Attached you can find the dumpfile saved from the interface.If you need more information, please tell me. Open microsoft word 2007, maximize the window then close it. You will then see that wineserver process is correctly closed, but to see the desktop again, I have to move the mouse cursor in order to "clean", like with a "sponge..." the remaining Ms Word "image" of the window, hiding the desktop. It is most probably necessary to remove DSBCAPS_CTRLPAN as flag but I leave this to someone with more knowledge about dmime. In order to reproduce the problem, download the demo and apply the following patch, otherwise the installer will error out. The game will try to load the windows sound db from C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\gm.dls, you can either copy it from an existing windows installation or ignore the error as it is not necessary to reproduce the crash.
