In Unity. PortableApps.com Launcher shows neither the tray nor the launcher icon. The program disappears once focus is lost in Unity on Ubuntu 12.10, but wine is still running. Wine then has to be killed and restarted. When I hover over its systray icon it will go back to online mode, also when I hover over any other Wine running program it will also go back online. I have a vague memory of some email/bug/discussion where Wine is not supposed to react to non-Wine windows, so probably when I'm hovering the mouse outside Wine it is ignoring the inputs. And why Pidgin for Windows?
