Can sometimes be worked around by setting FixedWindowResolution="1" in SSF.ini, but message appears again when trying to switch to fullscreen mode. In order to get to the unlockrect message, the DirectX SDK needs to be installed to get past an xaudio error (winetricks xact is not enough). In addition, the game/iso needs to be mounted before launching SSF, either through cdemu or a physical drive. Otherwise a cdrom error will occur.
