Cannot run the standalone version either. Using Airwave 1.3.3 and WineHQ 2.1.0 Creating link in Airwave then opening Bitwig, when Bitwig scans for new plugins I get this error, related to msvcr120.dll(see attachment). I think problem can be in the OffscreenRenderingMode.
