It works fine on Windows. But whenever I run it on Wine, it draws a black rectangle instead of the bitmap. If I create a System Memory Surface instead of an Offscreen Plain Surface, it draws correctly. In 3.0.4 Stable version everything work as I expect. Attached a patch that workarounds the problem for this case. It is probably not the correct fix as there must be a reason why CBF_EDIT state control background is not drawn.
