Bug appears after logging into the "Blizzard App". ("Blizzard App" is currently only working in Wine-Staging - see https://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=28855 for details) After logging into the "Blizzard App", suddenly a Wine error message pops up, telling me that "Battle.net Helper.exe" has crashed. I'm attaching the backtrace. Nevertheless I can use the "Blizzard App" to start StarCraft 2 and it runs well. I guess this isn't #32342, because I got fetchmsttfonts-11.4-23.1.noarch installed via Linux package management and I also did: env WINEPREFIX="${HOME}"/wines/starcraft2_x64/ winetricks_2017-12-22.sh corefonts OS: openSUSE 42.3 (x86_64) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Download, install, and open the Battle.net App. 2. Click the region button or the settings button. 3. Wave the mouse pointer over where the menu should appear for it to appear (bug 33943) On Windows, the menus are displayed with a border and a triangular protrusion that points to the associated button. On Wine, this border never appears. TRACE+win output is attached. Open it with Vim; for some reason `less` thinks it's a binary file. I don't know if this is the same as bug 33943. If the same fix solves both problems, then we can mark both bugs as fixed. When you play in windowed mode (or with dual-screen) it is really annoying (and causing eyestrain) when the gamma value is too high. This profile is set by xcalib and shouldn't be mindlessly messed with. I could not determinate a pattern as to which programs do this. It seems games are especially prone. A simple test case: Get xcalib, and use it to set some random color profile, such as with xcalib -a -gc 5 Get CPU-Z. There is a simple no-installation zip available.
