However the audio associated with the videos is reproduced correctly with all builtin. To be able to play in game sound the game need these dlls setted to native:dsound,dmime,dmsynth,dmusic,dswave However when setting dsound as native the audio of the videos (as the intro video) is not played anymore (the video component of the video is still played perfectly). To experience this issue you need to set as native dsound.dll only. If I also activate native quartz with native dsound the audio in videos is reproduced correctly, but the game will terminate before entering the main menu (Bug 44540) -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. Reproduced the issue with nouveau/mesa 17.1.3 and nvidia binary drivers 381.22. Disabling anti-aliasing and lowering detail level to the minimum doesn't help. According to my testing the commit which caused the slowdown is commit 15d53761a5fbfc12fc5f9974c029dace00eab33d Author: Henri Verbeet <hverbeet(a)codeweavers.com> Date: Tue Jan 31 15:47:10 2017 +0100 wined3d: Do not pin system memory in wined3d_buffer_load_location(). Maybe a duplicate of bug #42588, although the symptoms are different. With the previous commit the game runs much smoothly. For comparison, in Wine 2.11 I'm getting only 4-5 fps when using nvidia 381.22. Before the regression Wine gave me 32-36 fps. Steps to reproduce the issue with the demo: 1. download and install the demo, install native d3dx9_33.dll before launching the game. 2. in the main menu start a new game, click <Next> on the character selection screen, press <Skip>. You are in a training chamber: run around in the room, rotate the camera using the right mouse button and observe how sluggish the game is. You can save the game here so you can reproduce the issue more easily the next time you enter the game. (again) Application crashes It seems that if you first search does not find any result and you close the search box manually, then next searches won't crash even if you have matches. To reproduce: 1. Install Foxit Reader. 2. Open sample signed PDF from Adobe. 3. Click on the signature in the document. 4. A Signature Validation Status window pops up that says: Signature is INVALID. - The document has been altered or corrupted since the Signature was applied. - The signer's identity has not yet been verified. 5. Clicking on the Signature Properties button brings up the Signature Properties window, but the Show Certificate button is greyed out. In Windows (tested XP & 7 in a VM), the first time you try to validate the signature the message in the Signature Validation Status window is: Signature validity is UNKNOWN. - The document has not been modified since the signature was applied. - The signer's identity is unknown because it has not been included in your list of trusted identities and none of its parent certificates are trusted. - The certificate has exceeded the time of validity. However, in Windows the Show Certificate button on the Signature Properties window works and takes you to a dialog that allows you to import the certificate. Once that is done, the message from clicking on the signature is: Signature is VALID, signed by John B Harris ,jbharris(a)adobe.com> - The document has not been modified since this signature was applied. - The signer's identity is valid. - The certificate has exceeded the time of validity. I'm attaching a log from opening the sample PDF and clicking on the signature in a clean wineprefix.
