All applications are delimited on second (hdmi) monitor. On laptop is still all ok. Also by using of vga connector for connection of second monitor, is also all ok. Delimited using: impossibility work with. e.g.: ms office 2007, pdf xchange. The problem started earlier today after an update to Eviews 10SV, which the program informed by its automatic updates service.
