When disabling strict draw ordering, the game performs much faster, but these textures fail to render, or flicker, or flicker in a grid. However, enabling strict draw ordering is a pretty big performance hit (about 15-20 fps hit in most situations) Attached are pictures of two areas both with strict draw ordering and without.
