When I launch it with terminal ("wine (path to exe)"), I can see it has issues with System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser. However, the dialog appears under the splash screen, which entirely covers the window and prevents the user from accepting the license agreement. I also tried dotnet45, dotnet472, dotnet48 and it also crashes with the same error. But it doesn't crash when using dotnet40 (I have created a new WINEPREFIX for each dotnet to test that). This bug only happens when using default built-in gdiplus, since installing Windows native gdiplus solved this bug.
