This is a regression, since it stopped working in Wine 5.20. I bisected it and the first bad commit is 7a54394d469480e4a5e7a8b3359f0e3b32515ac (gdi32: Move the realized font handle allocation out of freetype.c.), which is why I set the component to gdi32.
