lasterror leaking in Wine's setupapi. 0xe0000102 -> ERROR_LINE_NOT_FOUND This error is set due to previous parsing calls (ok) but never reset throughout various setupapi call sequences (external and internal). The app installer checks the lasterror even on API return success and reports failure. I've reset the lasterror in 'SetupInstallFromInfSectionW()' on success to zero since the leaf function calls 'SetupFindNextMatchLineW()' will set it -> leakage. There are applications that make use of Network List Manager (NLM) introduced with Windows Vista/Windows 7 to check for network connectivity. Failure doesn't seem critical, they use other means to detect network state. Though I didn't test all of them. This bug can serve as collector for apps that spam terminal with "{dcb00c01-570f-4a9b-8d69-199fdba5723b}" (CLSID_NetworkListManager) messages.
