[Bug 50977] New: App window not active after switching desktops
by WineHQ Bugzilla April 13, 2021

April 13, 2021

https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50977 Bug ID: 50977 Summary: App window not active after switching desktops Product: Wine Version: 5.7 Hardware: x86-64 OS: Mac OS X Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: -unknown Assignee: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org Reporter: nateomatic5(a)netscape.net Using Mission Control, when I switch from another desktop/space to the one the app (LDCad) is using, the app window is not active. That is, it does not respond to mouseover or keyboard inputs until I first click in the window. The effect is as if the window is in the background of another app and needs to be brought to the front, except there is no other app running in this desktop/space and the Wine window it runs in is already the front window. This issue exists beginning with Wine 5.0 and can be resolved by reverting to Wine 4.0.3. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
