Everything works up to the part where the installer begins copying files. It manages to install .NET 2.0 and after that reports that installation failed with a "Call not implemented" -error. The produced log by the installer is very vague. "lodctr.exe" is a simple command line executable for loading performance data into registry. It is often called from .NET Framework v1.x, 2.x, 3.x installers. A workaround is to re-install everything in a new prefix.
