Setting Windows version to XP for example leads to the text being displayed correctly. There are also a lot of 'RtlAnsiStringToUnicodeString' things going on a lot earlier, but I couldn't connect any of it to this yet. I'm pretty sure this never worked right for this application, where it started after some changes made to it back in 2019. Steps to reproduce: 1. Run ssmaze.scr. This will open the configuration dialog. 2. The textures are shown for an instant before the dialog is finished loading. 3. The textures are not shown when the dialog is fully loaded. The dialog allows choosing different textures by cliking on the small arrows. No matter what, I get crackling audio. It's very annoying. I even tried pulse audio, and it didn't help. (Winealsa.drv is the default audio with the same problem.) The gameplay itself seems to run smoothly. The game also runs fine on my Windows 10 PC. It's not just an Exagear/Android issue either.
