No error showing in wine, and nothing in top or ps -ef? In up to 7.12 the scroll bar works fine with clicking on arrows or sliding bar. With 7.13 scroll bar does show, and using the scroll wheel on mouse does have the scroll process work, but clicking on up or down arrows do nothing, and trying to drag scroll indicator does nothing. wheel worked, but was very slow so used imwheel to change setting to 7 to get it to work better. Don't know how to get more data on issue.
