Change Windows version to NT 4.0 and remove z: drive in winecfg 2. Remove C:\windows\system32\schannel.dll 3. Run iexplore -unregserver 4. Run the unpacker, then installer from somewhere in c: (choose standard install) At the end of the installation (but before rebooting) it reports that a few components failed to install: Windows Desktop Update, Internet Connection Wizard, and Windows Media Player. Launching installation with: wine start 'D:\launch.exe' When asked for the 2nd CD, using the command: wine eject d: Installation proceed. Then asking again for CD #1. Using again command: wine eject d: Then installation fails; error message indicating an I/O error. Tried two times same issue. Result is Single Player game does not start.
