I'm trying to run the CD-ROM version of the OED (Oxford English Dictionary), an old Windows 3.1 app, under WINE. Second, it was an existing directory a long time ago, but I have renamed it a while back and only getting the error recently. I have no idea where wine is trying to access this directory. Also, it occurs whatever the program I try to start even if it has nothing to do with "/home/user/.wine/Office2013". So maybe wine is looking for an icon/menu entry for an app that has now moved to a new directory... or something like that... I have a clean install, where I installed wine and winetricks. Through winecfg, I set the Windows version to Windows 10. Through winetricks I also installed dotnet 4.8. Tried to launch Torch and this happened: https://pastebin.com/PRwBV8XL" Not to mention the occurrence of the random files it showed after the Desktop (aka /home/username/Desktop). Look dirty + Doesn't work + Pointless. He is a new windows user. So, I tried to install Torch in his machine. So far, no good.
