Under Windows 10 with avx disabled the application still starts, but reports
that the application has expired. (It works fine with avx enabled)

So the behaviour is different under Windows and Wine.

Of course it might be a combination of no avx and some other missing CPU
feature (disabling xsave as well made no difference).
