IE9 Installer generated log from C:\Windows

Here's the log file you requested. It looks like there are duplicate entries in
there from me running the installer multiple times, but the errors don't look
particularly descriptive.

Would it potentially be helpful for me to run wireshark or similar and capture
what it's trying to do? I haven't done that before so I may need some
handholding.
