Run winecfg and untick "Graphics" -> "Allow the window manager to decorate the windows". Not strictly required for the problem to occur, but otherwise the compositor's title bar covers most of the affected area. 2. Run "wine chrome_installer_16.0.912.75.exe" 3. The installer directly auto-launches Chrome where you can see the problem. Screenshot of the broken rendering attached for reference.
