When opening help (is CHM file) on TextPad 8, TextPad 9 & Orca MSI Editor, a black empty window titled "Select Topic" appears in the top left corner of the screen. This in itself is not new; in the past, this window disappeared immediately, while it is now persistent and needs the user to minimise and close it.
