[Bug 60035] InfoCentral 7 freezes after a few operations

I can confirm the problem still occurs in a clean WINEPREFIX. In this test case
the freeze was caused by Alt-Tab to a browser, then Alt-Tab back to InfoCentral
which was then unresponsive.

I will move to regression testing, but this might take me some time.
