The user provided a video showing that he selects the Wine version and resubmits, but the AppDB records "main" ("main" is another issue needing fixing). This reoccurs no matter how many times he resubmits. I created a new account and attempted to do the same, but it worked correctly on resubmission. I therefore do not know how to trigger this. As a admin/maintainer I can change the Wine version and accept the submission, but there is no way to know which Wine version is intended unless the user states it in the test result itself.
