Marvin started to timeout on D3D tests since yesterday, it seems to be related to OOM errors, but this MR looks very suspicious as it shows the exact same timeout errors (to the contrary to https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/1404 or https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/1411 for instance which only show OOM errors). -- https://gitlab.winehq.org/wine/wine/-/merge_requests/1399#note_16353

It is possible that a stream is destroyed while another thread is waiting on event_empty_cond or event_cond.
