This better splits client / host extension lists, allowing to more easily check for available host-side extensions in win32u later on, then moves the function registry to the PE side to get rid of the remaining extension logic in opengl32 unix side. Doing that, it also drops the driver function check, and always expose extension functions to the client if their extension dependency is satisfied. I'm not completely sure this is right, but I think the unix side tends to expose functions from eglGetProcAddress more often than the opposite. We could also keep a mechanism to check the driver availability, with a bit of additional complexity. Test that the alpha channels in 32-bit DIB bitmaps are ignored in GdiTransparentBlt(). Also add tests to show that the alpha channels are not ignored when converting 32-bit DIB bitmaps to mono bitmaps. After viewing the failure log, I deduced that the issue resides with my modification of the resource loader function in the "loader.c" file. It has made me rethink how I trigger looking for a multi-language resource file, and I think I have come up with an even simpler solution. I will be trying my new idea out over the next few days, and hope to give a retry on the forking and merging next week. [PATCH 0/1] MR10092: mf: Drop events and end draining on MFT flush.

I unfortunately couldn't come up with a great way to test this, so it comes without a test. But I found issues when one stream finished before another. If a seek took place prior to completion of the second stream, then it would usually result in the stream that did finish delivering all its queued END_OF_STREAM markers even after the seek. This MR looks to clear that queue when the MFT is flushed (as presumably, any pending input or output samples are no longer wanted on a flush). This MR also clears the draining flag on a flush. As I also ran in to an issue where this flag was set during a seek and remained set afterwards. I think some extensive tests on how exactly this behavior works would be nice.
