``` Support the \\?\ prefix by skipping it during path resolution while preserving it in the output. Added specific handling for extended UNC paths (\\?\UNC\) to mirror standard UNC behavior, ensuring these paths are treated as network shares and not local devices. Some paths that use the extended length path were filtered out as UNC paths - but not all of them are UNC. That is correct. The corresponding `snd_rawmidi_drain()` in the Rawmidi API would work, but Wine does not use the Rawmidi API, but the Sequencer API. When using the sequencer, `snd_seq_ev_set_direct()` marks the SysEx data for immediate out of band delivery (which is indeed preferable for SysEx data) bypassing the output queue, but that also means `snd_seq_drain_output()` and `snd_seq_sync_output_queue()` are ineffective. When a For..To loop's bound expression fails (e.g. UBound on Empty) and On Error Resume Next is active, the error handler fills the step/to stack slots with VT_EMPTY. On the next iteration, VarCmp fails on these values and the error propagates back into the loop, causing an infinite loop. Fix this by handling VarCmp failures in interp_step: exit the loop and report error 92 (For loop not initialized). Also make interp_incc ignore VarAdd failures so execution reaches interp_step for proper cleanup.
