When a name is defined twice (Const/Const, Dim/Const, Const/Dim, Dim/Dim, Sub vs Const/Dim, Class vs Const/Dim/Function, duplicate class members), Windows returns VBScript error 1041 ("Name redefined"). Wine was returning E_FAIL. Store source locations in const_decl_t, dim_decl_t, function_decl_t, and class_decl_t so errors point to the duplicate name. This is an attempt at importing some of FFmpeg code as a PE library, in order to use it to implement audio and video conversion. It removes the need to have the corresponding components available through Gstreamer on the unix side, improves compatibility, as well as performance by a large amount. This is the case in particular for video format conversion. Note that for now it will only benefit pipelines that use these components on the PE side, which is not the majority of use cases right now because we are still doing more than we should on the Gstreamer. The hack has to be in kernel32.dll; having it in krnl386.exe is not enough for all programs that need the old behavior. And in my testing, the error was STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED whether using a physical CD or a mounted ISO file, never STATUS_MEDIA_WRITE_PROTECTED. Windows VBScript rejects member expressions (e.g. x.y) as For/For Each loop control variables with error 1040.
